6K7752UA0 is embedded with the Arm® Cortex®-M0 core running up to 32 MHz and features 128K bytes flash, 20K bytes SRAM. It is also equipped with plenty of peripheral devices, such as 8-bit and 16-bit Timers, 7 CH. PDMA, Watchdog Timer (WDT), UART, SPI, I2C, SMBus, 10-bit PWM with 21 CH. and high current output (50mA/20mA), GPIO, 1-wire addressable interface for RGB LED applications, USB 2.0 FS Device, Low Voltage Reset Controller and Brown-out Detector.

PDMA, Watchdog Timer (WDT), UART, SPI, I2C protocol, 10-bit PWM with 20 CH. and high current output (50mA/20mA), GPIO, 1-wire addressable interface for RGB LED applications, USB 2.0 FS Device, Low Voltage Reset Controller and Brown-out Detector.
6K5130UA0 is an 8-bit flash microcontroller embedded with 8051. The operating voltage is from 2.7V to 5.5V and operating temperature is from -40℃ to 85℃. 6K5130UA0 includes 28 MHz high-accuracy and high speed oscillators which require no external components for system frequency.
