Human Rights Policy

The employment policies adhere to international human rights conventions, including the International Covenant on Human Rights, the International Labour Organization's Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD), the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families (ICMW), the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance (ICPPED), and the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT), among other internationally recognized human rights standards. The company establishes human rights policies and does not treat employees, contractors, temporary staff, interns, etc., unequally based on factors such as race, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, language, marital status, political stance, religious belief, physical or mental disability, and socioeconomic class.

Implementation of Human Rights Policy
Our company complies with the law and values human rights. According to the aforementioned human rights policy, employees, contractors, temporary staff, and interns are treated equally without discrimination based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, language, marital status, political stance, religious belief, physical and mental disabilities, socioeconomic status, and other factors. We have never employed any underage child labor and do not make hiring decisions based on the factors listed above. Regarding the protection of female employees' rights, our company adheres to the spirit of the Constitution of the Republic of China, the Gender Equality in Employment Act, the Labor Standards Act, and related labor laws. We do not engage in different discriminatory practices based on gender in the workplace. In addition to establishing a well-equipped nursing room for female employees, we have implemented measures to prevent sexual harassment, and we promote related matters during all-hands meetings and schedule relevant employee training (Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Course: 2025/12/23) at the end of each year.
The company advocates for work-life balance, values family, and provides relevant maternity leave, paternity leave, and parental leave according to the law for any employees with needs related to childbirth or caring for young children, offering flexibility for employees to balance work and family.
The company fully listens to employee opinions during all-hands meetings, promotes work safety-related matters, provides information on sexual harassment prevention, and disseminates information about activities organized by the company.
