Biodiversity Policy
ENE Technology Inc (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") values the protection of biodiversity and natural ecosystems, recognizing their significant value in maintaining environmental balance, climate regulation, natural resource supply, and sustainable human development. To fulfill corporate environmental responsibilities, the Company commits to incorporating biodiversity protection into the scope of environmental sustainability management and follows relevant laws and regulations regarding environmental protection, ecological conservation, and natural resource management at the operational location, continuously reducing the potential impact of operational activities on the natural environment and ecosystems.
This policy applies to all operational locations, office operations, product research and development, procurement activities, supply chain management, and other activities related to the Company's operations. When the Company establishes or changes operational locations, plans significant operational activities, or conducts supply chain cooperation assessments, it should carefully evaluate whether it involves environmental protection areas, important biodiversity areas, forest protection areas, water source protection areas, or other ecologically valuable regions, and take appropriate measures to avoid, mitigate, or reduce significant adverse impacts on natural habitats and biodiversity.
To implement biodiversity protection, ENE Technology Inc. commits to the following management policies:
1. Compliance with regulations and prudent site selection
The company will comply with relevant laws and regulations on environmental protection, ecological conservation, and natural resource management. In the future, if there are new or changed operational locations, priority should be given to existing office, industrial, or science park areas that are already developed, avoiding operational activities that may cause significant ecological impacts in nationally important biodiversity areas, protected environmental areas, or their adjacent regions.
2. Reducing the impact of its operations on the environment

3. Promote green products and low-carbon design
The company will continue to enhance its IC design and R&D capabilities, focusing on low power consumption, high efficiency, and resource utilization efficiency during the product development process, assisting customers in reducing energy demand during the usage phase of end products, and reducing the overall environmental footprint of the value chain through technological innovation.
4. Strengthening Supply Chain Environmental Management
The company will encourage suppliers and partners to comply with environmental protection and ecological conservation regulations, and incorporate requirements for environmental compliance, pollution prevention, waste management, energy saving and carbon reduction, and natural resource protection into supplier management, procurement, and cooperation assessments, promoting the supply chain to jointly reduce impacts on biodiversity and the natural environment.
5. Avoiding, Mitigating, and Managing Potential Impacts
If future operational activities may involve areas sensitive to biodiversity or may impact the natural environment, the company will take appropriate management measures based on the degree of impact, such as avoiding, mitigating, improving, restoring, or other measures, and communicate with relevant stakeholders as necessary to reduce adverse impacts of operational activities on ecosystems.
6. Promote environmental awareness among employees and stakeholders
The company will enhance employees' awareness of climate change, resource conservation, and biodiversity issues through internal advocacy, education and training, sustainable information sharing, or participation in public welfare, and encourage employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to participate in environmental protection and ecological conservation actions.
7. Regular review and continuous improvement
This policy is promoted by the relevant agency responsible for sustainable development and will be regularly reviewed as part of the Company's environmental sustainability management mechanism. In the future, based on the Company's operational development, regulatory requirements, international sustainability trends, and issues of concern to stakeholders, the content of this policy will be revised and strengthened in a timely manner to continuously enhance the Company's management effectiveness in protecting the natural environment and biodiversity.
