8K41 Touch Key Application

The 8K41 is an 8-bit flash microcontroller embedded with 8501 core and capacitive touch keys solutions. The operating voltage is from 2.7V to 5.5V and operating temperature is from -40℃ to 85℃. There is also a 28 MHz internal high-accuracy oscillator for system frequency.

ENE8K41 supports up to 15-channel touch keys and includes: 16K bytes flash memory, 128 bytes Data Flash, 256bytes IRAM and 512bytes bytes XRAM, 4×8-bit PWM, 6×10-bit high resolution ADC, SIO, I2C and UART communication interfaces.

All 8K41 ports are interchangeable with GPIO ports. Some ports provide high current driving forces, among which COM0~COM4, with high current driving capability, can directly drive digitrons or LED indicators and support maximum of 5 COM×8 SEG hardware driving control.

The 8K41 is an industrial grade IC with excellent anti-EFT and CS capability. It is an ideal touch key solution for home appliances that require high anti- EFT capability such as microwave ovens, kitchen hoods, dish washers, and rice cookers.
