6K5130 LED Applications

6K5130UA0 is an 8-bit flash microcontroller embedded with 8051. The operating voltage is from 2.7V to 5.5V and operating temperature is from -40℃ to 85℃. 6K5130UA0 includes 28 MHz high-accuracy and high speed oscillators which require no external components for system frequency.

6K5130UA0 supports: 28K bytes flash memory, 4K bytes flash with boot ROM, 256bytes IRAM and 2048 bytes XRAM, 24×10-bit PWM with high sink current 20mA*15 and 50mA*9, I2C and SPI and UART communication interfaces.
