The P2322 is a 12V VCC power supply, high performance PWM controller. The PWM controller drives two external N-channel MOSFETs in a synchronous rectified buck converter topology. The PWM controller provides the adjustable voltage.
P2349
The P2349 integrates a PWM controller and linear controllers. The PWM controller drives two external N-channel MOSFETs in a synchronous rectified buck converter topology. The linear controller drives an external N-channel MOSFET in linear configuration. Both the PWM controller and the linear controller provide the adjustable voltage with maximum 2% static regulation. If any one of the outputs drops below 51.5% of the nominal output level, all converters will shutdown.
