Working Environment & Safety Measures

 

  • Access security control: 1. The company is equipped with access control system and monitoring system. 2. The building has security personnel to guard the safety of the working area.
  • Maintenance and inspection of various equipment: 1. In accordance with the regulations on building public safety inspection visas and declarations, the Company shall entrust professional companies to conduct public safety inspections every two years. 2. According to the provisions of the Fire Service Act, fire inspections shall be conducted every year. 3. Regular maintenance and inspection of electrical equipments.
  • Training:  The company has established labor safety and health management regulations, labor safety and health automatic inspection measures, and newcomers must receive labor safety training.
  • Hygiene: 1. The company provides health examination for employees on regular basis.  2. The workplace is completely non-smoking.
  • Insurance and medical condolences: In addition to participating in labor insurance in accordance with regulations, all employees are also provided with group insurance. In addition, employees' spouses and children can also participate in group insurance with self-paid premiums。
